🚚 Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) so you can rock our festival fashion wherever the music takes you!

Order Processing Time

We need 1-2 business days to get your rave-ready gear prepared and shipped out. During peak festival season, please allow for the full 2 days.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you order from Rave Wonderland! While we hope you’ll be dancing in your new gear, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we’ve created this hassle-free returns policy!

Return & Exchange Basics

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for return or exchange, all items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by your original order confirmation

📦 How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

Step 2: Get Approval

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with your Return Authorization Number and instructions.

Step 3: Package Items

Securely package your items with the original packaging and tags.

Step 4: Ship Back

We’ll email you once we receive and process your return!

💸 Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Exchange Shipping: We’ll cover the shipping cost for your replacement item! 🎁

🚚 Return Shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number – we can’t be responsible for lost return packages!

🎉 Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem! Exchanges are processed once we receive your original item. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit – your choice!
