📦 Return & Exchange Basics

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your original order confirmation
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Face Masks, Beauty products, or any intimate apparel like Bodysuits (unless defective). These items are final sale to ensure the safety and comfort of our entire rave community.

💸 Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:
